HELLO
I feel so lucky to live in South Devon, surrounded by beautiful beaches and lush landscapes and this has inspired me to capture a little of its magic to pass on. I spend as much time as possible at the beaches and this is the biggest inspiration for my paintings. My aim for E Green Art has always been to pass on the gourgeousness that is Devon and this is why all of my original paintings have a few drops of local seawater. I hope you love them as much as I love creating them, and that they bring a drop of seaside joy to you or a loved one.

1. DELIVERY
Original paintings sold through the online store aim to be dispatched within 2- 4 working days and are posted through Royal Mail. I offer free local delivery to TQ7 and TQ8 postcodes, so feel free to use this option if applicable.
My originals are hand painted so all unique, but if you see something you love that is currently sold out, drop me a message and if possible I can create a similar piece for you. These will of course then take longer, but I'll be in touch throughout the process to make sure your piece is perfect.
I am currently only able to ship to the UK, unable to ship internationally, but this is something I hope to make available in the future.
2. RETURNS & CARE
I want every customer to be happy with their E Green Art experience, so please contact me with any queries/ issues and I will do my best to resolve them.
I hope you love your new painting as much as I love painting them , however if you are not completely satisfied please return your order within 14 days of receiving it. If you wish to return your order please email me at Elisha.o.green@gmail.com . Please return the item in its original packaging. Postage cannot be refunded and returns are paid by the buyer.
If you have bought a piece form a third party retailer however, these are sold as seen.
I cannot offer a refund for pieces broken in the post unfortunately, but every care is taken to bubble wrap AND bubble wrap again to avoid this.
If you wish to cancel an order then please let me know as soon as possible and before dispatch, as after this date cancellation wont be possible.

3. TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by E Green Art. This website offers visitors artworks created by me. By accessing or using the E Green Art website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website, by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.
The prices charged for my products are listed on the website and are in UK pounds sterling. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. If upon purchase any item is out of stock, you will be refunded the total of your order.
After purchase you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive this email, (please check your spam) contact me and I can resend this.
Delivery times are estimates and therefore subject to change during busy periods. Orders will be sent to the address supplied at checkout, so please double check this. If you spot an error please contact be asap at Elisha.o.green@gmail.com to correct this. E Green Art is not liable for any loss or damage suffered through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order, or goods damaged or lost in transit
